The reporter's record is past due. Appellant filed a statement of inability to pay court costs in the trial court and nothing in the record before this Court reflects that he has been ordered to pay costs. Accordingly, we ORDER Deputy Reporter Nancy Newhouse to file, on or before June 17, 2024, the reporter's record from the trial conducted on March 11, 2024. The reporter's record shall be filed without cost to appellant.
