AYUB GUFFER, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan Chief Judge

On October 3, 2022, the parties filed two settlement stipulations (Docs. 8 and 9) and a proposed stipulated decision. Upon review, however, it appears that the record does not contain a completely legible copy of the notice of deficiency that petitioner challenges in this case.

Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that the settlement stipulation, filed October 3, 2022, at Doc. 8, is stricken from the Court's record in this case. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before October 25, 2022, respondent shall file a Response to this Order and attach thereto a legible copy of the notice of deficiency on which this case is based. The Court will hold the parties' proposed stipulated decision pending submission of the notice of deficiency.
