We VACATE the March 26, 2010 order issued by this court. The Court has before it the parties' March 19, 2010 Joint Motion to Dismiss. The parties state they have reached a settlement agreement. We GRANT the motion and DISMISS the appeal. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.1(a)
