This case was calendared for trial during the Court's January 30, 2023, Kansas City, Missouri, trial session. On October 5, 2022, respondent filed a Motion to Remand (Doc. 9), asking the Court to remand this collection due process case to respondent's Independent Office of Appeals for further consideration. By Order served November 14, 2022, among other things, respondent's Motion was granted, and the undersigned judge retained jurisdiction.

On August 8, 2023, respondent filed a Status Report (Doc. 19). The Status Report provides an address for petitioner. Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that petitioner, upon receipt of this Order, shall provide the Court with written notice of his current address. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before September 7, 2023, the parties shall file with the Court either a joint report (or, if that is not expedient, then separate reports) describing the status of the case or a stipulated decision document. It is further

ORDERED that, in addition to regular service, the Clerk of the Court shall serve a copy of this Order on petitioner at the address listed in paragraph four of respondent's Status Report filed August 8, 2023.
