ORDER

State's exhibit 1 (Body Camera Video) and State's exhibit 2 (Defendant's Statement to Garland Police Department) are missing from the record. On August 28, 2023, this Court ordered court reporters Sasha S. Brooks and Marissa L. Sanchez to file State's exhibits 1 and 2 through the TAMES portal within fifteen days, i.e., by September 12, 2023. As of the date of this order, the exhibits have not been filed through the TAMES portal as required by this order.
Accordingly, we ORDER Ms. Brooks and Ms. Sanchez to file the exhibits through the TAMES portal on or before OCTOBER 27, 2023. If Ms. Brooks and Ms. Sanchez are unable to file the exhibits through the TAMES portal, then they shall file on or before OCTOBER 27, 2023, a written statement detailing the reasons why the exhibits cannot be filed through the TAMES portal.
We caution Ms. Brooks and Ms. Sanchez that should they fail to file the exhibits or written statement on or before OCTOBER 27, 2023, the Court will utilize whatever remedies it has available, which may include ordering that they not sit as court reporters until the complete reporter's record in these appeals has been filed.
We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to the Honorable Stephanie Huff, Presiding Judge, 291st Judicial District Court; Sasha S. Brooks, Official Court Reporter for the 291st District Court; Marissa L. Sanchez, Court Reporter; and counsel for all parties.
