ORDERED that this case is stricken for trial from the November 14, 2022, Chicago, Illinois, session of the Court and continued, and jurisdiction is retained by this Division of the Court. It is further
ORDERED that on or before January 9, 2023, petitioner's counsel shall file a status report that includes an update on his effort to contact petitioner.
