The motions to dismiss this appeal filed by appellants Guardian Associates, L.L.C. and Sunroof Supreme, Inc. are GRANTED. This appeal is DISMISSED. See Tex.R.App.P. 42.1(a)(1). Appellants shall bear the costs of the appeal.
Appellant Sunroof filed its motion in cause no. 05-02-01180-CV, a cause number voided by the Clerk of the Court as a duplicate of cause no. 05-02-01168-CV. The record identifies appellant Sunroof variously as Sunroof Supreme, Inc., Sunroofs Supreme, Inc., and Sunroof Supremes, Inc.
