Order denying plaintiffs' motion for summary judgment, granting defendant's cross-motion for summary judgment dismissing the first cause of action and denying defendant's cross-motion for summary judgment dismissing the second cause of action, and the judgment entered thereon, unanimously affirmed, without costs. No opinion.
