We affirm appellant's conviction. He was sentenced pursuant to the 1995 sentencing guidelines. We reverse appellant's sentence on the authority of Heggs v. State, No. SC93851, 2000 WL 178052 (Fla. Feb. 17, 2000), and remand to the trial court for resentencing.

AFFIRMED IN PART; REVERSED IN PART and REMANDED.
