MEMORANDUM OPINION

The Court REINSTATES this appeal. The Court abated this appeal on November 3, 1997due to bankruptcy of one of the parties. Since the abatement there has been no activity in the case. The Court sent a letter to the parties or their counsel of record on November 10, 2003 instructing them to file, within fourteen days of the date of the letter, a motion to reinstate, motion to dismiss, or to advise the Court what action should be taken. The letter advised the parties that failure to do so would result in dismissal of the appeal. None of the parties filed any motion or other document with the Court within fourteen days of the date of the Court's letter. Consequently, the Court determines that the parties no longer desire to prosecute and the Court DISMISSES this appeal. Tex.R.App.P. 42.3(b) and (c).
