Appeal from the Circuit Court for the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit, Broward County; Lee J. Seidman, Judge; L.T. Case No. 03-13208 CF 10 A.

Carey Haughwout, Public Defender, and Elisabeth Porter, Assistant Public Defender, West Palm Beach, for appellant.

Charles J. Crist, Jr., Attorney General, Tallahassee, and Laura Fisher Zibura, Assistant Attorney General, West Palm Beach, for appellee.

We affirm appellant's conviction and sentence for felony driving while license revoked but remand for the limited purpose of correcting the written judgment to reflect the jury verdict for misdemeanor fleeing and eluding, a lesser included offense, rather than felony aggravated fleeing and eluding.
