MEMORANDUM OPINION


The Court's records in this appeal reveal that appellants have not paid the required filing fee of $125. See Tex.R.App.P. 5, 32.1. In notices dated November 12, 2002 and November 18, 2002, appellants were informed that failure to remit the filing fee within ten days would result in dismissal of this appeal, without further notice from the Court. Appellants have failed to respond.

On the Court's own motion, this appeal is DISMISSED for want of prosecution. See Tex.R.App.P. 42.3(b),(c).
