Opinion filed June 24, 1942 ON REHEARING.

DIVORCE, § 138temporary alimony and solicitor's fees. On review, orders reversed with directions to enter an order requiring defendant to pay plaintiff temporary alimony of $15 per week, $400 for temporary attorney's fees, $300 for attorney's services on appeals, and not to exceed $100 for expenses on appeals.

Appeal from Superior Court of Cook county; Hon. RUDOLPH F. DESORT, presiding.

Reversed and remanded with directions. Heard in third division, first district, this court at October term, 1941.
