An appeal having been taken from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about August 17, 2021, which granted defendant's motion to compel nonparty-appellant Steven Langman to produce certain documents and to appear for an examination before trial, and nonparty-appellant having moved to stay enforcement of the order pending hearing and determination of the appeal, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted on condition that nonparty-appellant perfects the appeal for the December 2021 Term of this Court in accordance with the filing deadlines set forth in the interim order of a Justice of this Court dated September 24, 2021 (Appellant's Brief shall be filed on October 12, 2021, Respondent's Brief shall be filed on November 10, 2021 and Appellant's reply brief shall be filed on November 19, 2021).
