ORDER

On June 21, 2022, the Court entered its Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction in this case due to petitioner's failure to pay the Court's $60.00 filing fee in this case, and this case was closed.

On June 21, 2022, petitioner submitted the filing fee. On June 27, 2022, petitioner submitted an amended petition.

In view of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that the Court's Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction, entered June 21, 2022, is hereby vacated and set aside. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court is directed to file as of the date of this Order the above amended petition submitted by petitioner.
