306 S.E.2d 458 (N.C. 1983) Robert E. GRINGLE v. F.E. EPPS and Bobby B. Coats. No. 316P83. Supreme Court of North Carolina. September 7, 1983

       This matter is before the Court upon plaintiff's petition for writ of certiorari to review the decision of the Court of Appeals dated 1 June 1983 denying plaintiff's petition for writ of certiorari.

       The petition for certiorari is allowed for the sole purpose of entering the following order:

       The order of the Court of Appeals denying certiorari is REVERSED and the matter is REMANDED to the Court of Appeals with directions to that court to issue its writ of certiorari and review the case on its merits.
