Before the Court is appellant's August 14, 2023 third motion for an extension of time to file the reporter's record because he does not have the funds to pay the reporter's fee. Nothing before the Court reflects that appellant has filed a Statement of Inability to Afford Payment of Court Costs. See TEX. R. CIV. P. 145. Accordingly, we GRANT the request as follows. We ORDER appellant to file, no later than August 28, 2023, written confirmation that he has paid the reporter's fee. Failure to comply will result in an order that the appeal will be submitted without the reporter's record. See TEX. R. APP. P. 37.3(c).
