ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan, Chief Judge

On May 22, 2024, the Court entered an Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction on the ground that petitioner had not ratified the Petition after being provided an opportunity to do so. On the same day, the Court received and filed a Ratification of Petition by petitioner.

In consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that the Court's Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction entered in this case is hereby vacated and set aside.
