ORDER

Appellant Phillip Wayne Griffis was initially represented on appeal by court-appointed counsel. On April 23, 2012, his counsel filed in this court a notice of appeal and a docketing statement. See TEX. R. APP. P. 32.2. Appellant is now representing himself on appeal.

On June 24, 2013, Appellant filed a motion which we interpret as a motion for leave to file a statement supplementing his docketing statement. See TEX. R. APP. P. 32.3. Appellant's motion is GRANTED. The supplemental docketing statement is deemed timely filed.
