Jamal Griffin & Mildered Walker Petitioners v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue Respondent

ORDER

Maurice B. Foley, Chief Judge

Petitioners elected to have this case conducted under the small tax case procedures. Accordingly, the docket number includes an "S", which indicates its status as a small Tax Court case.

On October 26, 2021, the parties filed for the Court's consideration a proposed stipulated decision in which the docket number did not include the "S". That proposed stipulated decision, therefore, was stricken from the record in this case and the parties were directed to file a revised proposed stipulated decision. On November 15, 2021, the parties filed for the Court's consideration another proposed stipulated decision. Upon review, however, the docket number in that document still has not been corrected to add the "S". Thus we will not process that proposed stipulated decision as it bears an incorrect docket number.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the proposed stipulated decision, filed November 15, 2021, is stricken from the Court's record. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before January 14, 2022, the parties shall file a properly revised proposed stipulated decision for the Court's consideration.
