AUTOMOBILES AND MOTOR VEHICLES, §§ 115, 151operation of vehicle on left side of road, and instructions. In action to recover damages arising from three-way truck collision, jury was justified in finding that proximate cause of plaintiff's damage was negligence of defendant corporation's driver in operating vehicle on left side of black line of pavement; and defect, if any, in plaintiff's instruction, bearing on matter, was cured by defendant's instruction which used practically identical language.

Appeal from the Circuit Court of Winnebago county; the Hon. WILLIAM R. DUSHER, Judge, presiding.

Judgment affirmed. Heard in this court at the October term, 1947.
