On order of the Court, the application for leave to appeal from the September 18, 1998 decision of the Attorney Discipline Board, is considered, and it is GRANTED.
We further ORDER the appellant to file a brief, and appendix if necessary, by November 5, 1999 in the form and manner provided by MCR 7.306 through 7.309, and we ORDER the appellee to file a brief, and appendix if necessary, by November 30, 1999 in accordance with those rules.
The Clerk is directed to place this matter on the December session calendar for argument and submission.
