ORDER
The motion to dismiss pursuant to MCR 7.211(C)(2) is DENIED. To the extent that the decision of the State Tax Commission is properly considered the decision of a "tribunal" under MCR 7.203(A)(1)(a), the claim of appeal is treated as an application for leave to appeal and leave to appeal is GRANTED. The time for filing appellant's brief under MCR 7.212(A)(1)(a)(iii) shall be calculated from the date this order is entered.
