On June 8, 2022, the Court issued an Order that respondent file a response and attach thereto a complete copy of the notice of deficiency on which this case was based. On June 28, 2022, respondent filed a Response stating he has been unable to secure a copy of the notice of deficiency.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that, on or before August 8, 2022, respondent shall file a supplement to his Response and attach thereto a complete copy of the notice of deficiency on which this case is based.
