Grice v. State

Supreme Court of Florida. Division A
Feb 16, 1954
70 So. 2d 513 (Fla. 1954)

Opinion

February 16, 1954.

An Appeal from Circuit Court, Lake County; T.G. Futch, Judge.

Harry P. Johnson, Tavares, for appellant.

Richard W. Ervin, Atty. Gen., and Mark R. Hawes, Asst. Atty. Gen., for appellee.

The record and the briefs in this cause have been examined and we are convinced that the questions raised were answered in Mercer v. State, 83 Fla. 555, 92 So. 535 and Driggers v. State, 90 Fla. 324, 105 So. 841. The judgment appealed from is therefore affirmed on authority of these two cases.

Affirmed.

ROBERTS, C.J., and TERRELL, SEBRING and MATHEWS, JJ., concur.
