Judgment and order reversed and new trial granted, costs to abide the event, for errors in the ruling of the trial court as to the admission and rejection of evidence appearing at folios 162, 258, 259, 260, 261, 262 and 266. Jenks, P.J., Hirschberg, Burr, Woodward and Rich, JJ., concurred.
