Opinion

No. 85-507.

September 24, 1985. Rehearing Denied October 30, 1985.

Appeal from the Circuit Court for Dade County; Mary Ann Mackenzie, Judge.

Carol A. Krainson, South Miami, for appellant.

Wright Caruana, P.A., and Albert G. Caruana, Miami, for appellee.

Before NESBITT, FERGUSON and JORGENSON, JJ.

We reverse the order entered by the trial court on appellee's motion for enforcement and for contempt upon the binding authority of Bowen v. Bowen, 471 So.2d 1274 (Fla. 1985), and remand to the trial court for further proceedings.

Our reversal is without prejudice to the appellee to commence anew her enforcement proceedings before the successor trial judge.

Reversed and remanded.
