MEMORANDUM OPINION


By letter dated March 22, 2005, the Court directed appellant to provide the Court with written verification that appellant has paid or made arrangements to pay the clerk's fee, or provide written documentation that appellant has been found to be entitled to proceed without payment of costs. The letter warned appellant that failure to provide the requested documentation within ten days of the date of the letter would result in dismissal of the appeal. To date, appellant has not provided the requested documentation and no clerk's record has been filed.

Accordingly, the Court DISMISSES the appeal for want of prosecution. Tex.R.App.P. 42.1.
