Jul 23, 1974
297 So. 2d 603 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 1974)

Opinion

No. 73-1425.

July 23, 1974.

Appeal from Circuit Court, Dade County; Francis J. Christie, Judge.

Leo Greenfield, North Miami, and Mitchell D. Aronson, Hollywood, for appellant.

Myers, Kaplan, Porter, Levinson Kenin, and Peter H. Leavy, Miami, for appellee.

Before HENDRY and HAVERFIELD, JJ., and SMITH, SAMUEL, Associate Judge.

This appeal questions the correctness of a summary final judgment entered in favor of plaintiff-appellee in an action on a promissory note.

We have carefully examined the record on appeal and considered the briefs and arguments of counsel and have concluded that appellant has failed to demonstrate reversible error. Therefore the judgment appealed is affirmed.

Affirmed.
