Before MATHESON, BACHARACH, and PHILLIPS, Circuit Judges.

ORDER

This matter is before the court on Appellan't [sic] Response to the Court's Motion and Opposition. This document was filed in response to the question posed in our October 26, 2021 order to show cause, which was whether this appeal should be dismissed as prohibited by the filing restrictions stated in Greene v. Sprint Nextel Corporation, 750 Fed.Appx. 661, 666-67 (10th Cir. Sept. 20, 2018). Upon consideration, we have determined that the matters that would be at issue in this appeal are covered by the filing restrictions entered against Mr. Greene. Therefore, this appeal is dismissed. The mandate shall issue forthwith.

All other requests for relief are denied.
