CEDRIC GREENE, Plaintiff-Appellant, v. GREYHOUND LINES, INC., Defendant-Appellee.

ORDER

This matter is before the court on the "Petition to Proceed Pro Se on Appeal" that was filed by Appellant Cedric Greene in response to this court's May 18, 2022 order.

The court's May 18 order directed Mr. Greene to (1) file a petition for permission to proceed pro se in accordance with the filing restrictions imposed in Greene v. First to Serve Inc., Nos. 21-1246 & 21-1278, 2022 WL 386233 (10th Cir. Feb. 9, 2022) (unpublished); and (2) show cause in writing whether he is enjoined from filing this appeal pursuant to the filing restrictions imposed in Greene v. Sprint Nextel Corp., 750 Fed.Appx. 661, 666-67 (10th Cir. 2018).

The May 18 order warned Mr. Greene that failure to comply in any way with the requirements stated in the order would result in the dismissal of this appeal without further notice pursuant to 10th Cir. R. 42.1.

Mr. Greene's "Petition to Proceed Pro se on Appeal" does not comply with the requirements of this court's filing restrictions.
