MEMORANDUM OPINION


Appellant's brief was due on July 5, 2002. By letter dated July 22, 2002, the Clerk notified appellant that the time to file his brief had expired and directed him to file his brief and an extension motion within ten days or the appeal might be dismissed. By letter dated November 18, 2002, the Clerk warned appellant that his appeal would be dismissed without further notice unless he filed his brief and an extension motion within fifteen days. In response, appellant tendered a December 4, 2002 letter requesting a six-month extension. Appellant has not tendered his brief.

Appellant's request for a six-month extension is DENIED. This appeal is DISMISSED. See Tex.R.App.P. 38.8(a)(1), 42.3(b), (c).
