Peter J. Panuthos, Special Trial Judge

By Notice dated January 17, 2023, this case is calendared for trial at the Court's Atlanta, Georgia trial session commencing on May 1, 2023. On February 16, 2023, respondent filed a Motion To Dismiss For Lack of Jurisdiction on the basis that the petition in this case was not timely filed. In his motion respondent states that he is unsure if petitioner objects to the motion. The Court will provide petitioner an opportunity to file an objection, if appropriate.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that petitioner shall, on or before April 14, 2023, file a written objection, if any, to the above-referenced motion. Any objection filed shall state with specificity as to the reasons for the objection.

This Order constitutes official notice of its contents to the parties.
