This case is before the Court on nonparty Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated's (JLL) Motion to Quash or Modify Subpoena, filed September 1, 2023, and petitioner's Motions to Enforce Subpoenas, filed October 6, 2023, with respect to a subpoena served on JLL and SRK Consulting (U.S.), Inc., (SRK). Pursuant to the Court's Order served November 3, 2023, and in accordance with arrangements discussed in a telephone conference with counsel for the parties on November 7, 2023, it is
ORDERED that not later than Wednesday, November 8, 2023, respondent shall submit to the undersigned for in camera review all subpoenaed documents, as contemplated in the Court's Order served November 3, 2023, in an unredacted form. It is further
ORDERED that copies of the above-referenced documents are to be submitted to the undersigned pursuant to the arrangements discussed in the above-referenced telephone conference. It is further
ORDERED that, in addition to regular service upon the parties, the Clerk of the Court shall serve this Order on JLL at Faegre Drinker Biddle & Reath, LLP, One Logan Square, Suite 2000, Philadelphia, PA 19103 and electronically upon Stephen D.
