By Order dated June 7, 2022, the Court directed the Clerk of the Court to file into the record in each of these consolidated cases, the Declaration of Emily J. Giometti in Support of Motion for Partial Summary Judgment (Index #148) and the Memorandum in Support of Motion for Partial Summary Judgment (Index #149), which were previously lodged with the Court by respondent as of the date of this Order. Upon further review of the record, the Court noted that the Indices #148 and #149 do not match the record in Docket No. 17382-19.
Accordingly, it is
ORDERED that the Court's Order dated June 7, 2022, is amended in that the Court shall file into the record at Docket No. 17382-19, the Declaration of Emily J. Giometti in Support of Motion for Partial Summary Judgment (Index #146) and the Memorandum in Support of Motion for Partial Summary Judgment (Index #147), which were previously lodged with the Court by respondent.
