Pending before the Court is petitioner's Motion for Entry of Decision, filed May 29, 2022. On June 21, 2022, the parties filed a Proposed Stipulated Decision, resolving the underlying tax liability that is the subject of this proceeding.

ORDERED that petitioner's above-referenced Motion is granted in that the Court will enter a stipulated decision in this case in due course.
