This consolidated case is calendared for an in-person trial at a special session of the Court scheduled to commence on December 5, 2022, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
On February 25, 2022, respondent filed a motion for partial summary judgment and a memorandum in support of motion for partial summary judgment.
