ORDERED that the motion to renew and/or reargue the motion for an extension of time to perfect the appeals taken by notices of appeal dated February 11, 2016 and November 10, 2016 is granted, without costs, and the time to perfect the appeals is extended to March 27, 2017, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion to renew and/or reargue the motion to consolidate is granted, without costs, and the appeals are consolidated to the extent that they shall be heard together and may be perfected upon a joint record on appeal and brief.
