Order directing the consolidation of the action of Annette Graziano, plaintiff, against John Grinseich, defendant, pending in the Supreme Court of New York, Queens County, with the actions of Virginia Batur and Frances Graziano, plaintiffs, against the same defendant, pending in the Municipal Court of the City of New York, Borough of Queens, affirmed, without costs.
