ORDER

L. Paige Marvel Judge.

On September 22, 2021, petitioner filed a status report in which he asserts that he did not receive the Court's March 19, 2021, Order by certified mail and that he has not abandoned this case. On the basis of these assertions, the Court will deny respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution, filed August 23, 2021, and release jurisdiction of this case so that it may be calendared for trial.

Petitioner further directs the Court to send all further notifications or future correspondence by certified mail only to Attorney Jennifer R. Schinke, with the Inland Counties Legal Services Low Income Tax Clinic. The Court's records show that Ms. Schinke is admitted to practice before this Court but she has not yet entered her appearance in this case. If Ms. Schinke intends to represent petitioner in this case, she must electronically file an entry of appearance on behalf of petitioner in accordance with Rule 24, Tax Court Rules of Practice and Procedure. Until Ms. Schinke enters her appearance on behalf of petitioner, she will not be recognized as petitioner's counsel and the Court will continue to serve Court papers on petitioner at his address of record. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution, filed August 23, 2021, is hereby denied without prejudice. It is further

ORDERED that, no later than October 22, 2021, Jennifer R. Schinke, shall file an entry of appearance, if she wishes to enter her appearance in this case as counsel for petitioner. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is no longer retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that in addition to regular service, the Clerk of the Court shall serve a copy of this Order by certified mail on petitioner at the following address: 343 W. Highway 264, P.O. Box 293, St. Michaels, Arizona, 86511. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall serve a copy of this Order by certified mail on Jennifer R. Schinke at the following address:
