ORDER ACCEPTING THE MAGISTRATE JUDGE'S REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION
Plaintiff, Scott W. Graves, an inmate formerly confined at the Gib Lewis Unit of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Correctional Institutions Division, proceeding pro se and in forma pauperis, filed this civil rights complaint pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983 against several defendants.
The court referred this matter to the Honorable Keith Giblin, United States Magistrate Judge, at Beaumont, Texas, for consideration pursuant to applicable laws and orders of this court. The Magistrate Judge recommends defendant Mbugua's Motion to Dismiss be granted except as to plaintiff's claims of retaliation (docket entry no. 223).
The court has received and considered the Report and Recommendation of United States Magistrate Judge filed pursuant to such order, along with the record, and pleadings. No objections to the Report and Recommendation of United States Magistrate Judge have been filed to date.
Plaintiff received a copy of the Report and Recommendation on May 20, 2020 (docket entry no. 218). --------
ORDER
Accordingly, the findings of fact and conclusions of law of the Magistrate Judge are correct, and the report of the Magistrate Judge is ACCEPTED. A Final Judgment will be entered in accordance with the recommendations of the Magistrate Judge.
