Upon due consideration of an informal communication with the parties regarding petitioner's request for an extension of time to respond to the Court's Order to Show Cause, issued September 20, 2023, and respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction, filed October 5, 2023, it is

ORDERED that the time within which petitioner shall show cause, in writing, why this case should not be dismissed for lack of jurisdiction is extended to November 6, 2023. Failure to file a response to our Order to Show Cause may result in the granting of respondent's above-referenced Motion to Dismiss and dismissal of the instant case or other appropriate action by this Court.
