MEMORANDUM OPINION


The Court has before it appellant's March 11, 2009 motion to dismiss the appeal. Appellant states the parties have resolved all claims they may have against each other, but that the District Court must approve the settlement as to the minor child. Appellant asks that we dismiss the appeal and remand the case to the trial court. We grant the motion. We dismiss the appeal and remand the proceedings to the trial court to effectuate the parties' agreement. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.1.
