On order of the Court, the motion for immediate consideration is considered, and it is GRANTED. The application for leave to appeal from the May 9 and May 10, 2001 decisions of the Court of Appeals also is considered and, pursuant to MCR 7.302(F)(1), in lieu of granting leave to appeal, we REMAND the case to the Court of Appeals for consideration of the custody issues as on leave granted, and for immediate consideration of the motion for a transcript of the in camera interview.

In all other respects, leave to appeal is DENIED.
