BY ORDER OF THE COURT.

This court's order to show cause dated June 19, 2012, is hereby discharged, but this appeal is dismissed for lack of jurisdiction. The circuit court order under judicial review is a nonappealable order. See Pillaio v. State, 60 So.3d 565 (Fla. 2d DCA 2011).

This court also notes that any motion challenging traffic infractions must be filed in the appropriate county court.
