ORDER

Lewis R. Carluzzo Chief Special Trial Judge.

This I.R.C. section 6330(d) case, set for trial during the Los Angeles, California, trial session of the Court that began on March 14, 2022, is before the Court on respondent's Motion to Remand, filed January 12, 2022. Respondent's motion was heard on March 16, 2022. The parties appeared and requested the Court to delay ruling on the motion to allow them the opportunity to further consult in an effort to resolve the matter.

Premises considered, and for cause set forth more fully in the transcript of the above-referenced proceedings, it is

ORDERED that this case is continued, with jurisdiction retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's motion is held in abeyance. It is further

ORDERED that the motion is set for further hearing at the Court's April 25, 2022, trial session in Los Angeles, California, for a time and date certain of 11:00 a.m. on April 27, 2022, in Room 1167 at the Edward R. Roybal Center & Federal Building, 255 E. Temple Street, Los Angeles, CA 90012.
