The stay of proceedings in the Circuit Court of the Second Judicial Circuit in and for Leon County, Florida, in case number 2003-CA-002699, entered by this Court on March 11, 2005, is hereby lifted. The petitions in these consolidated cases are hereby dismissed without prejudice to petitioner raising the issues stated therein on appeal from the final disposition of his petition for a writ of mandamus in case number 2003-CA-002699.
