HUSBAND AND WIFE, § 213.2contempt to enforce separate maintenance decree entered pursuant to Appellate Court's mandate. Decree, entered pursuant to Appellate Court's mandate, awarding separate maintenance to wife and finding that she had expended certain sums for court costs and attorney's fees and was entitled to recover such items from husband and directing that judgment be entered for wife and that execution issue thereon could be enforced in equity by contempt proceedings (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1947, ch. 22, par. 42; Jones Ill. Stats. Ann. 106.06).

Appeal from the Superior Court of Cook County; the Hon. PETER H. SCHWABA, Judge, presiding.

Affirmed. Heard in the first division, first district, this court at the October term, 1947.
