Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the Order to Show Cause issued March 19, 2021, is made absolute and the docket number of this case is amended by deleting the letter "S" therefrom. The Clerk of the Court is hereafter directed to process this case to trial or other disposition as a regular tax case. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction as to Marilyn Grady, filed November 15, 2021, is granted, and the caption of this case is changed to "William D. Grady, Petitioner v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue, Respondent".
