Appeal from the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York; William B. Herlands, Judge.

Meseck Towing Lines, Inc., as claimant and chartered owner of the Tug C. Hayward Meseck, appeals from an interlocutory decree in admiralty in favor of Grace Line, Inc., as owner of the S/S Santa Rosa, holding the tug solely at fault for damages sustained by the ship as a result of a collision with the tug.
